It is impossible to change mortgage amount in calculators. It is really user unfriendly, so hard to navigate and set base values." It doesn't matter how your good your calculators if you cannot use for my numbers. The app looks like you made it only to catch clients to contact with you directly."

It was a great app. But after the last update its keep crashing. I can't use it at all.

Excellent app. Gives me all I need to calculate my payments, interest and everything I need to make a decision for a single home. It can be improved to include a section to buy a second investment property and calculate the rate of return, NPV, IRR and a stress test criteria to include the second/third property. A small calculator to run various disposition scenarios at various times in future at user provided estimated sale value, minus commissions, capital gains taxes etc.
