I used to have a booking every week. No more. Beneat just wastes your time. EVERY week the cleaner wants to change the time AFTER confirming. I get a dozen messages from the cleaners asking me to change. NOT CONVENIENT. This service is WASTING MY TIME. Worse yet I asked support not to contact me but the call anyway wasting more time. Update: after complaining was refunded the 4% charge BUT today the cleaner was 20 minutes late AND it was NOT the cleaner I booked..... Cancelled an appointment and was charged 4% which is a SCAM since banks don't charge to refund money. Emailed customer support twice and no response. Not sure I will use beneat again. I would give it 4 starts, maybe even 5 IF there weren't so many notifications.... for one booking I get 3 confirmation emails,SMS messages, and app notifications... It's too much. There needs to be an option to opt-out of emails, sms, or in-app notifications and a filter so only 1 confirmation is sent...

This could be a great app, but the booking process doesn't make any sense at all and is ridiculously complicated. You have to pay for the cleaning service before the provider have even confirmed if they are available. So there's a good chance that you will try to book a specific provider and time and pay and then only afterwards they will tell you that the service and time you wanted to book is not actually available. So then you have to go through the trouble of getting the money transferred back to you or keep trying until you find someone else who might be available. Alternatively, the only way to actually find out if a cleaner is available before you pay is to message the BeNeat admin on Line and then they will check manually if the person is available, but this is a very slow process and it doesn't make any sense that you have to message them outside of the app to book a service you should just be able to book easily in the app.

It's hit and miss with them. Initially I had a good experience but lately whenever I book and pay for a service, their cleaner would cancel. It's a frustrating and time wasting process. They should not list providers as available when they're actually not available.
