The pump is extremely overpriced (more than 5 times the price of other pumps). It's not special, works like any other pump out there. It also takes months to be delivered. They include video instructions, which might be appreciated, but overall none of it is worth your money or time tbh.

I have found this app to be very helpful and convenient. It enables me to track gains in my size, and it has a countdown timer that makes it easy to monitor how much time is remaining in each of my daily sessions.

would recommend add the pumping have dual display of the kpa and mmHG as well as guideline of what beginners should start with
