SMARTduet - COOPERATION PROGRAM BETWEEN ACCOUNTING OFFICES AND CLIENTS
Accounting firm clients who have access to the SMARTduet program can now join and purchase credits from anywhere, anytime, without the need for a computer. SMARTduet supports collaboration between accounting firms and their clients, providing them with access to key business functions in SaldeoSMART.
NATIONAL E-INVOICE SYSTEM (KSeF)
Send invoices to KSeF directly from your phone. Use the "KSeF mini-workflow" feature to mark documents and check the status of invoices downloaded from the government platform. Gain full control over which invoices need to be posted.
ADD DOCUMENTS WITH A ONE-CLICK
Take a photo of a single- or multi-page document in the app, crop it, increase contrast, or change the frame. The file will instantly appear in your SaldeoSMART account. Documents such as invoices, letters, and contracts will be visible to you and your accountant. You can assign them to categories, edit attachments, combine documents, and conveniently manage them.
DOCUMENT APPROVAL IN THE WORKFLOW
Approve documents remotely and forward them to the next stages of the document workflow. The system supports parallel approval, defining transition conditions, designating responsible persons, and adding comments. We'll notify you about assigned documents via push notifications, so you're always up to date.
SEARCHING AND SENDING DOCUMENTS
Need to check a document submitted to accounting? Search for it using the available filters. Preview the document and then easily send a scan to email directly from the app.
ISSUING, EDITING, AND SEARCHING INVOICES
Create sales invoices, advance payment invoices, and proforma invoices directly on your phone. Quickly add a new customer, enter goods, or download data from the database. Mark the invoice with the GTU code and JPK procedure, and immediately send the completed document to the customer. If you make a mistake, easily edit the invoice directly from your phone.
VIEWING ACCOUNTING REPORTS
Stay up to date with your company's revenue, costs, and profit. Check details about taxes, social security contributions, and their status. Easily check details such as the types of taxes or social security contributions payable and their status. We'll notify you about new payments via push notifications.
PAYMENT AND ACCOUNT BALANCE CONTROL
Monitor invoice and expense payment receipts, enter partial payments, and access a list of unpaid documents, along with a summary. The settlement report allows you to quickly identify contractors with the largest liabilities and monitor overdue payments.
