The Library that Tells Happiness is a service provided by the Seoul Nowon Welfare Center for the Blind that provides books, news, magazines, and rehabilitation information in audio content to bridge the information gap for the visually impaired.

*Service use target
In accordance with the Copyright Act, only visually impaired people registered with the Ministry of Health and Welfare can use this service.
(Non-disabled people cannot use it)
