Update (21-10-2024) : Experince got much better now. Entering PIN is a PAIN. Have to click atleast 10 times on the textbox before it allows entering PIN !!! Further one has to click precisely at the very start of the textbox. PS: Just figured out that the textbox activates on double tap ! Not so expected behaviour !

It was very unfortunate to have miserable experience with BPCL app for gas booking. First time I used this app for booking. Though booking history shows payment is successful, customer rep says, didn't receive the payment. Neither chat help works, Email are bounced with inbox full message. Even I have placed a cancellation request, that too hasn't been resolved. Today the helpline is also dead....Now it's been 2 weeks pased no solutions yet

Observed improvement with new version of Application I am not sure if functionality of this App is check on regular basis or not. When we used it for for first time experience was really good, but now not able to login for whole week - always it pops error for OTP. Cylinder Booking is quick and few steps. It is better to use this Mobile App instead of booking online as online booking gives different errors and will not be able to complete booking. Booking with this Mobile App is quick and easy.
