when I add to Cart the items disappear automatically, food is not up to the mark. They use lots of corn flour in gravy, the chicken quality is very less. if we give feedback they don't do anything. after the feedback also the same issue I am facing, so what is the point of giving feedback

Very poor customer service. Had an Scheduled order placed around 12pm, which was supposed to be delivered by 6pm. The order is still not delivered, and still showing it is delayed yet more. The customer support of their own app does not work. Nobody responds, and the restaurant doesn't even bother to pick up calls. Would really think again in future before having to order or dine with them.

Very disappointed. ordered food and cold drink at the same time but they cancelled food and sending only colddrink when I checked this then I tried to connect with them they don't even pick up phone and I can't able to cancel the order. if someone misplaced order then can't cancel order we have to received this.
