Previous version I could not start or shut down heater with phone. This update allowed the heater to start with the app. ( my remote came crushed due to factory packing). Also there is more options for language and password in settings now. The complaint is it's MODE not MODEL for the manual or automatic temperature control selection and it appears that manual control is now actually automatic and vice versa.

Latest update broke the app. New scanning stuff now prevents me from ever finding the heater. Never scans. Just crashes or repeatedly just stops and doesn't find the heater. As it was the prior scanning required that I scan, pair, and then close the app. Force close. Open the app and then auto connect on first scan.

The heater itself is working as it should, but as other people have said they can't connect to the Bluetooth hopefully this will get fixed. I bought one of these heaters (not this brand) way back when they first become available and it's still going strong 5 years later never had to clean the combustion chamber the quality has improved slightly. Let's see how this on holds up. Only 3 stars because the Bluetooth isn't working maybe thers another generic app that might work
