Ratings and reviews

Buggy, attracts smart ppl but nothing comes of it. When people leave the chat, you can see their thumbnail but can no longer see their profile. In a way, that would even be helpful because then you know who they are in case you see that person again on CMB or another app. Often if I do click on that person's thumbnail it shows me an entirely different person's profile. That has happened several times. I was wondering "is this him?" Until I found the actual other person's profile in my other msgs

Extreme reliability issues. Frequently freezes and requires force closing and restarting the app. It's clear that the Android app is an afterthought to them. Tried to file feedback through the app but the "Help" and "Send app logs to support" buttons were unresponsive. I am always on the latest version as I have automatic app updates on but when I can file feedback, support always insists on the user confirming that the phone is running the latest version before the ticket is taken up.

Complete waste of time. The "Daily suggestion system" doesn't suggest anything daily. 🤦‍♂️ They seriously broke something. I haven't seen a single person in a month or more. Even when it did "work" it's been one of the least effective dating apps I've ever tried. The search parameters reset every time. The "Not interested" button is missing in search results. Can't update picture captions without deleting and reuploading them. The issue list goes on and on.
