About this app

Please note: At this time, the Myers-Briggs® App can only be unlocked if you have an access code provided by a certified or educationally eligible MBTI® practitioner. The app is a resource that practitioners provide to participants after an MBTI® feedback session or workshop to encourage the real-world use of type.

This app gives you immediate access to MBTI® type information. And that makes it easy to apply and use type in everyday situations.

All you need is your four-letter MBTI type. Then you can turn self-awareness into action the
moment you need it—anytime, anywhere.

Enjoy MBTI® type at your fingertips

Explore the 16 MBTI personality types and learn each type’s:

• Strengths—identify core qualities
• Work style—see typical leadership style, problem-solving approach, and preferred working environment
• Stress triggers—understand what these are and how they affect behavior
• Blind spots—get to know potential development areas

Get actionable insights in a few quick taps

After you’ve completed an MBTI workshop or had an interpretation session, you want to apply your type knowledge to day-to-day interactions. You want to use it practically.

Now, you can. Compare any two types side by side to see the interpersonal dynamics between them. Use this information to build positive relationships both in and outside of the workplace.

Integrate MBTI® type into your life

Store your contacts’ MBTI types in the app for instant access to type information when you need it. It becomes personal, real, relevant—and that makes it so much more useful.

It asks email and the access code after starting the app. I don't have access code because this is my first time signing up. And it has no option for creating a new account. How do you expect someone to have an access code when they have never ever made an account? When you have never sent access code to their email?

It works, but it only provides really simple information, and is not really personalized. The comparisons don't discuss how different types relate, just shows the same info but side by side.

I'm intrigued with the depth of people and there communication preferences. The Meyers Briggs puts into perspective that there's no point in trying to change people. I highly recommend having a spouse, friends or child take the test. Relationships improve.
