I've had a great experience with the app since installing. I've had no problems with crashing. I would recommend for accuracy of information provided. I love the colorful wave when your score comes up. Recently one thing that I don't like is, after logging in it says next update available at next login. It's said that for about 2 months now. Why is that happening?

Well.....I was very happy yesterday when I signed up. I was FINALLY able to view the important scores--you know, the ones lenders use. Today, however, it doesn't work. It opened, but it keeps telling me my pw is wrong (it's not). I decided to login thru the site, instead, and it says "Error 503 Backend unavailable, connection timeout". So, it was great for a day, but I'm definitely happy this happened during my trial period. I'd be livid if I was paying $25/month to not have access to anything.

Beware!! I would go Credit Karma, or Credit Sesame instead!! VERY hard to reach anyone there because they don't offer phone support, of ANY kind. Also, if you forget to cancel your free trial, they will charge you, and NOT give you a refund, even if it's only a few hours after they charge you. I've forgotten to cancel with other, more reputable companies before, explained the situation, and always got a refund. My mistake totally, yes, but, if you MAY forget to cancel, don't do it!!
