It seems we have to work this in public as its the only means you respond to. Tech support will not answer an email. Several days after installing your app, it takes control of my android phone. Every time I unlock my phone or bring it up from an idling state, your app opens by itself., by itself, automatically. I literally have to close your app a hundred times a day. When my phone rings, i cant answer it directly. I have to close your app first. It is really annoying. I reinstalled many times.

Was super excited for this app to start, but there are constantly issues with the app, cannot exchange all the currencies they display, and am having a very difficult time pulling my money out. Customer support is poor at best. The only thing that is nice is the high rate savings accounts the offer from time to time with CRPT.

App is absolute garbage. Received an email at the end of Januay to update KYC. Tried to upload Passport photo with no success. Been going back and forth with support and only reply is to update the app. Since I have the latest version available there is nothing to update. I un-installed and reinstalled and finally I am able to upload the passport picture but not able to do the next step which is the selfie. The app crashes. Response from support. 'Update the app'.
