13. Find nearest DBBL Branch, ATM, Agent, Merchant etc.

Much more worst than third class app. The app doesn't work properly, not even the least. After trying to complete a task several times but failed, I went to feedback option to provide a feedback about my experience but, with my utmost surprise, what happened next is unbelievable; I tapped the submit button and it says 'session timed out'! What a ridicule!!! Hope the owner of the app won't ask me to contact via email and do something by themselves. Thank you.

1. Please allow to open Rocket account with passport or driving license. Because many of us use different mobile connections for personal and professional purposes, we don't want to transact from a personal Rocket account for professional purposes. But bkash account can be opened using passport or driving license, thus we can open multiple Bkash accounts. 2. There is no opportunity to update the details of corrected NID information. 3. There is no opportunity to provide nominee information.

Hi, Apps like Rocket should perform like a Rocket. Version 3.0.7 is very unresponsive and laggy. Hopefully respective team will consider our feedback's. Best Regards, Md. Rehmanul Alam
