This application can help the community to get emergency assistance on time as well as actively involve the community to report any emergency situations in their environment. Apart from that, the app also provides information about first aid kits, contact numbers, maps, etc.
How does it work:
To report an emergency situation, citizens must register themselves first.
For unregistered users they will only be able to view general information.
When the public reports an incident, the PSC 24/7 call center will sound an alarm and display information including a map (accident location).
The call center will then dispatch an emergency team. On the map, the Call Center will see the nearest health facility, health provider, police station and fire department.
