Your services in repayment schedule for token are extremely poor, and it's nothing to write home about. Your WhatsApp generated chat is even worse My payment in different times amounting to 40k is still hanging and not resolved until this day. Why? I forwarded payment receipts and several chats, all to no avail. What I keep hearing is that your agents are working on it. I can't wait to switch from D.light to a better one. You are not in the business to guarantee customer's satisfaction!

It is good and serving very well. But at times you cut off the light before expiring date and this is disgusting. Kindly adjust this. What is redeem points, how do i utilise it?
