Rubbish app. I always order more items and the system deletes them when processing. Also the search function does not work properly and it is very frustrating. I am already looking at other supermarkets.

Usability is very poor. Hard to navigate, no way to go directly to categories. Feels slow and sluggish. Search is also u usage. In general impossible to discover or find anything

Can't log in. Have successfully registered via Waitrose and Partners app on iPad but this is the only Android app option and it fails to register. I see from others this is a common bug. Please fix.
