This app offers a great and easy to use chat service! I recommend it to all my clients. You can customize it to blend in seemlessly into the design and respond to potential customers on the go. It scales with the size of your business so you can get started for free and upgrade as you need. You can set up different playbooks and auto responses which can really help make the customer experience more efficient. Been a user for years and a fan from the beginning.

The live chat app sucks. For mobile. It doesn't show notifications. When you get a new message. Replying to a message seems to work instant.. But getting a reply doesn't show. You need to get out of the conversation and go back in so it can reload the conversation with the new message from the potential client.

The app has a nice clean User-friendly Design which is Intuitive and Minimalistic. By abstracting many of the complexities, the setup as well as the general usage of the app, has a nice flow. This app has a lot of potential, and the strong team behind it. Incorporating all major communication pillars as part of your foundation, is pretty amazing. However this also would indicate you have much bigger plans in the works. I look forward to seeing what you guys come up with next.
