Ratings and reviews

Like others have stated in other reviews over a long, LONG time, the app is unusable of you aren't fluent in Chinese as it is only available in Chinese and you can't screenshot to use 3rd party translation apps. And they have been fully capable of fixing this FOR YEARS. Edit: They lie (in Chinese) that it is an "important direction" for them, but it's bullahit. Again. FOR YEARS. 騙子的渣人。

Even though it seems like you will be able to see the balance on your eazy card via nfc, the option is not easily accessible (the Chinese only interface and dead end icons are no help). Asking the locals, they seem to be just as unhappy with the app, so maybe it isn't a language thing and the app just sucks. 🤷‍♂️

auto updated a few moments ago, right before I had to go ride MRT. crashed every time I opened the app. making buy an extra ticket (when I have a month pass in the easycard app). stability is of the utmost importance if you want users to use it as a daily tool. I'm extremely disappointed, a promotion related update breaking my daily tool. hope there's a refund of some sort
