About this app

VicidialMobile is the official mobile application of the Vicidial contact center suite. It's a simple application used to view certain popular real-time reports from the Vicidial contact center suite, formatted specifically for ease of viewing and use from mobile devices.

*** Please note - you MUST be using Vicidial SVN version 3071, released 2019-03-07. Older versions of Vicidial will not have the necessary files included!! ***

The user need only configure the app with the domain of their Vicidial installation (including HTTPS protocol, if used) and a valid user account, and they will be good to go!

Ratings and reviews

Has all the same functions as the regular browser interface; however, this app is not properly formated for easy mobile viewing. Also, a lot of 404 errors occur which are overcome by repeated login attempts.

Good one, I really appreciate your help and support. But it will be best if you have any agent application. Please make a application same for agent login with integrated with Softphone.

A great way to monitor agents on the go! Just load up a soft phone. Very easy!
