Honestly, this is a decent app. I'm giving it a low rating because there is a simple feature that would make the app much more convenient, and I know it's been requested before. The website has the option to label, or add a description, to a transfer. This makes it easier to know what money being transferred is for. All I'm asking is that they add this feature to the app. Literally just a line for you to add a description. 🙂

Really great app, BUT there is one thing that I believe is an ABSOLUTE must to have within the app: Descriptions for transfers. You can label what a transfer is for between your bank accounts on the website, but not within the app. That means that I constantly have to use the web browser for their website instead of being able to use the app, and it is not very convenient to do so. Will update to 5 stars if and when this is added to the app.

Right now I would give it a zero if that was an option. Up until now no problems. Now for 3 days I can't open this app. Customer Care is a joke. Tells me no problems on their end must be my phone carrier. Well why does every other app work? HELLO I have uninstalled it and re-installed it about 10 times still blank page will not open. Re-started my phone...took battery out and turned it back on re-installed it again. This sucks.... Thinking about taking all my money to VYSTAR I hear they are good
