These days, NJ provides services similar to a government office, lacking professionalism. You often need to follow up with them for days to complete even a simple task. They only respond to work emails, messages, and calls when they feel like it. Even when they promise to complete the work, they often forget. You have to contact them multiple times to get them to take action.

Every time I perform a transaction through PIT, in the end, while confirming it says,"some technical problem arise". I have performed a few checks: Internet, Wifi was working. Cache memory cleared. Forced stop the app. Finally, Re.installed the app. Still problem persists. Kindly resolve the issue.
