I've been enjoying the app fine, until today. I transferred money from my checking to my CC and there was a fee that I was not notified about. You should let the customer know " you will be charged $___. Is this ok?" It makes you seem sneaky, trying to get money from your customers when you don't notify them. This notification is very clear when you select the "make a payment" option. So I declined. I understood what would happen. But when I made a transfer, this was not the case!

The application can no longer be used. Whenever you try to enter login credentials, it immediately makes a popup that says "Application has violated security policies and it will be shut down", then the app closes. I tried to send a report to the developer contact email listed here, and the response was: "This mailbox is not being monitored." This shows a shocking level of incompetence on multiple levels. I guess they don't care if the app works or if people need to report vulnerabilities.

editing down to 1 star. I don't know why, every version update turns off my fingerprint login. Things usually work fine after relogging in, but I end up having to do it every time they update the app. Now, since the last update, I'm not even able to login via username and password. It says to contact my financial institution, but I'm not sure why I can't just fix it from the broken app.

What's new

You can now conveniently open personal Checking, Savings, and CD accounts through the mobile app! Minor bug fixes are also included in this update.
