I've been a customer with FirstIB since the beginning in 2000. The recent changes to the app and web interface resulted in a minor loss of functionality. Accrued interest since the last statement is no longer available. When scheduling transfers, you can no longer choose for the transfers to stop after a certain number (e.g. monthly until 7 transfers are complete). Not a big deal in the grand scheme of things, but I used those functions.

It was a bit confusing with the back of the check because it said to use a darker background, which I was using. Once I folded the check in half showing only the side with the signature, the photo was taken. I'll remember that for future deposits.

Form over function. Trash compared to the old app. The transfer flow literally skips over the amount and expects me to tap on the "$0.00" in fancy useless font to choose how much to transfer. 25 years of loyalty squandered. 0 ⭐
