Ratings and reviews

This is the buggiest mobile banking app that I've ever used. It does not run quickly or smoothly at all, and often force-closes itself. It will let you view your accounts, but is incredibly laggy in updating account info, sometimes by as much as 3 days after transactions have taken place. It works, but not well, therefore I rate it at 2 stars.

If I could I wouldn't give it any stars. The remember me doesn't remember my username, I have to reenter it even though it is already entered. The biometric part of the app doesn't work. The app has issues all the time when trying to log in. These same issues happen with the website at the same time, so you can't check your balance.

Worst bank app!! Try updating it so we can get transactions quicker. Also, it constantly has login failures. The security questions don't match what we used to sign up. Very irritating!
