I have never seen such a bad app iny entire life. Whenever I need to take an appointment all slots of the doctors are occupied however when I call on customer care they have all slots available. Secondly, when I place the request of Call Back for appointment booking they never call me back, I always have to call on their customer care. Shame on you, Pathetic & frustrating app.

Getting an appointment is an uphill task. Some of the operators are courteous but they can only pass on the requests and they are not authorized to reveal (or connect to) the actual service-providing department. Overall, a frustrating experience.

Can't login. After entering OTP it says error "Unable to process your request. Please contact system administrator". I have already reached at the email they have provided below in response to this review, but no response so far. Bad experience. Not recommended.
