For months now, the app has been saying invalid pin more often than not when I try to log in. The first time, I was worried my phone was hacked. But the same pin worked a few hours later. Sometimes, it feels like this bug lasts days. I don't know if it is a slow connection at the end they do the authentication, but regardless it needs a better error message and fixing.

Always thinks there is no internet connection and takes forever to load, even if there is one. Quicker to use the browser. Always gives "unexpected" error and won't log me in. It's up to date, I have reception, app is garbage. Constantly locked out because of this utter nonsense. It also doesn't let you message the bank, despite giving the option. It keeps saying the message can't be sent.. this app sucks

I would like notifications to appear on my phone whenever transactions are done. This is a priority for me. Westpac app does this, I can't get this app to. Also the font of the account number is TOO SMALL. The bsb and account number is basic and fundamental information, please makes it easier to read. One more adjustment, I would like to be able to rearrange my 'pay anyone' list. Happy overall. Good job.
