Ratings and reviews

Can't even login. "Sorry, something failed". Email address and password are correct. Even after changing the password, or after clearing the cache, the same "something failed" messages appears. EDIT 18/07/24 The issue remains identical even after the update, while so many users are reporting exactly the same thing. And yet, the only response is a bot that keeps repeating something about contacting them on X. They don't seem to have understood that the app no longer allows users to log in.

Update - a year late, still no improvement! If I could select zero stars I would! | The app works for collecting pts in Sainsburys but offers hardly ever work. One can only take advantage of offers by activating them. Nothing happens when I attempt to use them; when I look into getting support, the 'chat with us' button is also unresponsive. Why not avoid this & give all offers automatically? One still has to actually make the purchase to get the points. Either that or make an app that works!

Hi. Since the update on 14th June I've not been able to log in to the app. I even changed my password, but still nothing, it just says "something went wrong" will uninstall and reinstall like the good old fashioned switch it off and back on again. But this shouldn't be necessary on an app that's meant to work! 1 star rating at present. That didn't work "something failed" Very disappointed!
