Unable to use this app, because it always ask for storage permission. But under settings there is no storage permission option.. how to allow sotrage permissions?

this camera application has kept my interest! I really like the photo /film edits! for the most part if not entirely, I can find an effect, filter, theme, and or template that doesn't make the image look sub-standard, or less impressive than the original image,(before editing) on the contrary, there seems to be enough cool settings to be able to create a uniquely outstanding final development. only recently have I down loaded it from the play store, 2 days ago, so it's still a Novelty! Maybe it doesn't work on Android 13 or what? it shows Attention Go to Settings>Apps>Camera+ >Permissions to allow camera permission and storage permission. In which there is no storage storage permission to allow
