The new app for the carepod membership is really difficult to navigate. You have to go into the individual tiles to see if you have a message. If you don't remember what tile you were asking about, you have to open them all to see if you got a reply. Why wouldn't there just be a universal inbox. Service itself is still great, but this app needs some work.

I've used Forward for Primary Care for over a year. Some of it works well, buts today the app won't open but to give me instruct me to relaunch the app and update to a newer version. Relaunching the app only results in that same message, with no option to update to a newer version. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling and that didn't work, either

The app has stopped working, despite numerous attempts to uninstall and reinstall. A screen appears saying "Something went wrong. Please update the app and try again." This is true across multiple devices, not just my phone. Very frustrating. Is anyone else experiencing this?
