This is absolutely infuriating. When looking for help with the device connection your product manual directs you to a site page that has you download the same god damn PDF that directed you to the page. The reset function does nothing as there no wait to remove the device on the app so I can re-pair it. The touch buttons only work for 5-10 seconds then I can't control the device and have ti power it off and back on. This is the most infuriating product I've ever owned. I'd rather have a fire.

Please stop requesting location and see nearby devices permissions after the device is setup. It works without these permissions once the device is setup. Also, after re-pairing a device, either auto update the existing scenes to map to the "new" device or allow the user to remove the old device. Come on, this isn't rocket science.

Update - I now see exactly what people are talking about. The schedules in the app are unreliable and intermittent at best. Sometimes they work but there's no clear pattern to when or why they fail.
