I don't understand why if I open an app on a separate device (as in two different devices), the 2nd device doesn't show the same amt of points in the bank as the 1st. I'm on the same level, w the same degree of difficulty, I'm signed in on both devices, and there's no correlation of stored points between the 2. I need my points! Hello!? I also spell words that don't show up on the board, only to use a lifeline when I get stumped, and it ends up to be that very word I've already spelled - SMH.

Crashes and freezes have not been fixed yet. Game is fun when you don't have to deal with the bugs. I like this game when it works! Update 2/13/24: I have submitted the same question since early Dec. and never get a reply. Their AI bot continues to close out our "conversation." 7/28/24 Update: Paint rollers continue to be given out as rewards, but there are no more "new rooms" to use the rollers on. Note on New Room says "coming soon.". This msg has been there since Nov 2023...

Poorly made game. Crashes consistently every 5-10 minutes. Outside of the crashing, the ads are ridiculous,so I removed them. Of course it didn't start crashing until after I paid to remove ads, and now the crashes seem to be close to when the ads were, every 5 or so levels. The game play's not great. The words don't follow normal rules. Sometimes,it'll be a person's name or a place name that you are using points to get past. Wouldn't really recommend even without the crash issue. Uninstalling.
