I don't know why my company chose this app :( it's just pathetic; get stuck most of the times and does nothing but delays my work. Hopefully no other organisation chooses this app

I want to ugly cry every time I use this. I have tried to alter my life to never have to access my work info at home but once and while that dark day comes. As miserable as it was before, now that I got a new phone I can't even set anything up, I just have a scan QR code or enter manual information. You can bet the home guides from my job are massively not helpful. I'm one mental breakdown away from demanding paper paychecks and telling HR my life story.

The worst experience using this app to log into my work. Keep getting an error message when trying to scan the QR code as well as manually logging in. I reached out to HYPR support at the email address provided shortly after I first reported the issue and have not received a response.
