Such a frustrating app ... EDIT: The new version has eliminated biometric login, does not have a saved password feature or even saved username, does not appear to require two factor authorization anymore (which is important) and the new app has moved the "accounts at a glance" feature (that included external accounts) to a secondary screen that requires a long time to load.

Worst App ever. No biometrics for login. Password must have a number. Makes it really hard for occasional logins. You have to remember your password every time and type it. Every other bank app I've had allows you to enter your info once, then you can use the biometrics or a security code text. C'mon people. Really!!

Horrible! I not cannot log into my account. I've tried resetting my info, and the app won't accept my SS#. Ot keeps deleting numbers after the first 3 digits. I just withdrew funds a couple of weeks ago, but now it wants me to make a new account. If I can find a way of transferring everything, I will. I had NO issues when this was ICMA-RC. Get your $$$ out now!
