I am new user on this app. I want to register my account but a pop-up show "welcome back" if i click on forget password then a notification comes "if you are registered with us then you will get a mail" And I am waiting for 3 Hour to receive a mail. And I damn sure, I am new user of this app. So please provide new registration link for new user. In my opinions this is wrost app I have ever seen.

Extremely slow and most of the times it doesn't open. Will keep processing for hours. Completely useless and waste of time. It is the MOST USELESS finance app. I actually am thinking of changing my broker due to this app

I hv the latest version of the app. When i open the app and enter the id-password, the app opens up with another new login window. When i again enter the id-password, the same window opens up again and again, saying incoreect password. But the app works well with the same login id-password when i use a different phone set. But sometimes, on different phone also, the phone doesn't open up but keeps on showing processing, rush, wait more etc and never opens up even after uninstall and reinstall.

Hello Mr. Singh, Instead of our app's latest version 31, your device still have the older version(17) installed in it. Request you to uninstall and reinstall the app. Do write to info@ifaplanet.com if the issue still persists. Thanks
