Your app has been crashing for over a month now, I've complained and no one responds, I see I'm not alone. I'm using Samsung Galaxy S9+ and have had no problems until last month, it's completely unusable. It crashes during sign in, even if it get in, it crashes immediately afterwards. I can't make a mobile deposit. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled, it doesn't work. Why aren't you fixing this? This is making online banking impossible. It used to be a 5☆ easy to use app, not at all since April.

Deposit is cumbersome and awkward. Easy to transfer from checking to savings. Can transfer 6 times a month from savings to checking. Very easy to pay bills, but most are mailed, not deposited directly so not immediate except with extra fee. Helpful. Want to transfer in from outside bank but I think this is not an option.

It doesn't show immediate balance after transactions. The old version showed balance after every transaction on credit card. I had a better idea of whats pending and whats paid. For example if you make a payment from checking account to credit card it should deduct it right away. Im going to stop using my card to see if my balance goes down. It doesn't make sense bal was 3000 for example u transfer from checking to credit card the balance is still 3000 and by the time payment post.
