Crazy to have an app that requires data at the venue to access tickets that have been downloaded prior to the match. With high attendance matches, data services are limited causing delays at the gates, and frustration for the spectators. Needs to have a better way to download prior to the match that doesn't rely on a phone signal to access at the venue.

Appalling. The team who designed this app have never stood outside a stadium trying to download tickets with thousands of other fans swearing about this rubbish experience. To force the app as the only channel to receive and present tickets when it's so badly designed is an extremely frustrating experience. The navigation is unclear, the endless crashes, the circular log in processes. Terrible

Not working correctly, I sent a mail to support again and have not heard anything back from them , the same problem as last year , the game predictions tab is missing 😳
