I have loved the use of this app for years. however, last 3 weeks I have had to uninstall and reinstall daily. when logging in, it only "loads". in order to get to my accounts on my phone I'm having to go the long route through chrome, not the app. this is very frustrating and needs attention. i waited for a patch with the update, but 3 weeks!? get on it guys.

App used to be great. Hasn't worked correctly in over a month, though. Tried uninstall/reinstall and it worked for a day. Now it doesn't work. App acts like it logs in, but just stops and does nothing. Works on my wife's iPhone, so it appears to be the Android version. Also, app does not show pending withdrawals correctly anymore. It'll show a pending one day, and not the next, then it'll remove the withdrawal 2 days later. Hard to keep track of balances like that.

For some reason the app is not showing all accounts, nor does it even update my balances. It took 3 days to show me my deposit, and I couldn't transfer money because it wouldn't show it. I can't manage any money. Tried installing online or even on a different phone and does the same thing. Called the bank, but they were able to see everything, so its tough getting fixed if they don't see an issue. Please fix this.
