Unable to log in to app on either of two different Samsung Galaxy models. After entering correct login and password a "timeout" error appears on the login screen after about 10 seconds. However, entering an incorrect password immediately results in red borders around login entries and a message to verify. So, the app recognizes a valid login but doesn't move past login screen. I called customer service - polite but no help other than to try obvious things I had already tried multiple times.

Like the app. Bummer it seems to need authentication alot, but, safety i guess.

Crashes a lot. Not interactive on my Android.
