I had a bit of a bumpy start when my initial support chat on the Karri App didn't quite solve my problem. I don't like having my credit card details saved so now after the payment I am going to have to delete the details...very annoying. Also when you have more than one child and you are doing a donation through the school you should be able to add it to a 'cart' and just do one transaction not multiple. A huge thank you to Maggie from customer support for reaching out and addressing the above concerns.
