it's pointless to have an option to mobile deposit it the app doesn't function. I have other banks that I use mobile deposit and all you have to do it point the camera and capture the check super easy. this app for Maps doesnt not function well. no mater how lined up I am for this app it won't capture the check because your not 100% lined up.

Great and friendly credit union, the app has a major problem, though. The mobile check deposit is simply useless, taking years of my life to magically light up green borders and take a document scan of the check. When I was on First Tech FCU, mobile deposit took a minute, at most. Most of that was typing info or endorsing the check. The "patented" mobile deposit software just needs to be completely overhauled. Clean slate. Redo it. Not good enough for this modern age.

Constantly have to restart my phone to be able to log in, because it won't respond to input. Can't enter password or tap on anything else on the screen. Restarting the phone fixes this. I have to do this roughly 75% of the time. This problem has persisted through multiple updates and two phones. EDIT: In response to your reply, I am, and have been, updated to the current release. As I stated in my original post, this has continued through multiple updates, and still continues to this day.
