Misleading and useless. I had a receipt from a store in Paris that said I could process my tax refund using this app. I followed the instructions and scanned all my receipts. Two days before my flight I noticed that they still hadn't processed my receipts. After talking to their support, who are abroad, I found that they only process refunds on receipts that would mention this app. I am yet to see any other store mentioning them or agreeing to modify a standard receipt. Waste of time.

Not a great product. It requires you to print out the form, and most travelers don't have access to printers during travel. Additionally, currently it only works for France. So was not helpful for other EU purchases. Great concept but horrible execution.

Overcomplicated. You have to jump through hoops just to generate the bar code that stores just give to you right away.
