Love this app. I had it for a while. I turned the services off for some time, called back , and was able to get my same fax number. They alway have the best customer service. I came back to add, For people like myself that uses fax maybe once or twice, there should be a lesser cost plan. Like for 5 faxes. $6.99...etc I don't see the need of kerping paying $19 something monthlyvwhen its barely being used.

Great app! Extremely useful in my line of work where they're are still some business trapped in 1993 and only communicate via fax! We use it to send invoices. REQUEST FOR DEVELOPERS: PLEEEASE find a way to show tags in the inbox! I get hundreds of purchase orders from the same vendor and without being able to rename/tag it in the inbox, I just have endless faxes from the same number and have to manually go in and check each one to find what I'm looking for! Other than that, great app!!

It worked fine during the $5 trial. Once I paid for full membership, I was no longer able to send a fax. (yes, I have contacted support, cleared cache, used other browser, tried it in the app, multiple devices, even changed the password in case the saved one was wrong. "nothing worked.") Once I "uninstalled the app, and reinstalled it, I could fax. *I do NOT want to have un & reinstall before each use. Still nothing from browsers: Chrome, or DuckDuckGo. And no thank you, I will NOT use IE.
