Functionality and availability are terrible. I have tried multiples to purchase tickets ahead and sometimes the seating and ticket purchase options are available. Other times they are not. I have had to go to the site to purchase and thos don't show up in the app for points or anything. All in all so many b8gs and no one fixing them

App can be good but can be a mess or filled with bugs after certain updates recently. Lost functions for one of my accounts and had to make a new one as tickets or shows would not show up.

The app has an extremely slow response when selecting times and crashes when making payment. When the crash occurs and I attempt again, all the seats that have been selected are listed as taken already even though i did not make finalized purchase. Have to wait some time later hoping the system cancels the seats before i can select them again. Horrible app with a similar horrible website.
