Something is wrong with this app these days. I used to be able to log on, but now It won't let me log in. Keeps stating error. It won't accept new password attempts. I've tried changing my password, and that doesn't help. I can log into main Mystic website, but of course that that doesn't help with seeing if I have any promotional messages.It's frustrating. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling multiple times. Also, shutting down the phone completely hadn't helped.

the app does not display the accurate account info. it's almost like it has a hard time refreshing. I know my card level and points but it always reflects less on the app. you'll notice the difference when you go and then check your balances when inserted into a machine. minor, yes, but annoying.

Application update has caused a lot of players to be locked out. Loss of previous access as well. When downloading the app crashes upon open requests. Advertising suggested 10$ in free slot play for "updating". Took 1.5 hours to get that 10$. Initially club M rep just said "too bad to sad". So I called for a supervisor who actually helped by calling the IT department . Still can't open app after 10 uninstalls and several phone reboots. So at this point this app is useless to me.
