Terrible. When you boot up the app, it takes about 30 seconds to a whole minute for it to load, and that is if it even loads at all. There's an 80% success or I guess in this case, a failure rate of it ever opening. It always crashes before the app opens and you also have to sit and wait for it to load as well, before the app crashes. Opening J&T feels like a gamble. Your either be lucky and open the app after a few tries or just waste your time trying.

Bad app. Not helpful at all except for tracking your parcel, but your system is poor. And your customer service is unresponsive. I tried reaching out thru email, but there was no response. I even sent a message to the delivery rider and got no response.

This app needs an intense fixing. It keeps crashing every time I check on my bookings, I need to clear app cache first to open this app. So annoying and bothersome. If I only have another way to book shipment for my parcels, this app wouldn't be included on my list of options.
