Ratings and reviews

App is best for small and medium businesses. Edit - I've encountered a few problems with justdial. Upon changing business info its a frustrating nightmare. Justdial confirms the changes and even sends new updated info but in 1-2 days the pre updated data shows up instead of the new info. Also, the advance policy is a bit to tight. My ecs mandate was set up with 3 installments even though I paid 3 installments in advance at the start of the package but they do so for the mandate which is alot.

Their support system is totally fake. After taking the money, they do not answer my calls. When I call customer care to change my number, they ask about all my problems and then say they will forward the call to the concerned person. This has happened repeatedly—14 times in a single call, with each person saying the same thing. The last one said their concerned person would call me. That person gave a one-second missed call and then sent a message saying, "Your problem is resolved please rate it

My worst experience was when I registered a complaint regarding an automatic transaction deduction. They told me they would call me later, but I never received a call from their side. They are just fraudsters when it comes to canceling subscriptions.
