Have paid 19k for consul with the doctor, but can't continue the process seems the error pop up, have contact the live chat, in the first the bot response but while connect to the cs with 1st queue there is no respond at all until my 10 mintues up. 1st user and no recommend this app.

I have been using this app several times. At first the service is very good. But my latest experience was very very bad. My order was cancelled without any notice. I have waited for several days for the products to be sent (as it said that they were being delivered) and suddenly they put my money back as klik point. The problem is the klik point cannot be used to pay when I am re-ordering. The online chat was not answering too. Please give me back my money.

Ive been using the app several times. It was fantastic to be able to get my medicine with a click of a button. However, my recent order was a chaos. The app kept bringing me back to the same page of keying in personal data to get prescription eventhough i had gone throygh this step, hence i couldnt settle the order. Very annoying. Please fix the bug.
