Doesn't really work in Indonesia. Again just trying to copy a western system that does not translate to the east. Appreciate your respinse. I can speak indonesian quite well snd still fine it difficilt to use at the hospital. The older leople have no idea howbto use it. They struggle to use a ohone let alone a digital kiosk. A young girl does her best tk assist evetyone but most end ip getting a number to see the original girls inbthe front anyway. So i fail to see where the system helps

thank you mr Nick Ortcoski. responding to your comments, the system in the HiDok application adjusts the system flow in the hospital. we do not adopt systems outside the hospital, and only hospitals that work with us are on our system list. thank you greetings healthy

This app is easy to use, but i got a little problem when i scan my barcode in the hospital it shows others name and address not mine, i don't know why, can you fix that, thanks
