App functions exactly as it should for me. Simple and easy to understand. I continue to add to my gold/silver positions using Bitcoin from elsewhere and it works quickly and smoothly every time. Can't speak for the support because I've never needed it.

login issues, reset password issues, and customer service issues. I used to be able to log onto my account. now I cannot and when I reset my password I still cannot log onto anything further than that..

Difficult to use! Your technology has me locked out of this. I don't have access to the multiple numbers you ask for for bank info. Nor can I figure out your system to put in the amounts to order!
