Klasha is one of the best and seamless transfer app I've used and I've used a lot. The most striking feature is the virtual card which can be used in almost any platform or service and its easy sending feature using the PINK feature. The only drawback for me would be its rates of foreign exchange which is high relative to other platforms.

I started using this app early this year and I loved it. With the new app, the interface is better and the shopping opportunity is a good add on. However I have some issues with this new app during some transactions because I never received the OTP needed to complete the transactions. I have complained but it is yet to be resolved.

After funding my wallet, selecting item to purchase, time to check out and my delivery address isn't showing. I close the app and open it few days later and its saying, update app. If you click on 'Later' the app will not open. The by force update is not even working, because after updating the app, I still can not use it, beaceit still shows Update app when i try to log in.. Sigh🤦
